Aaron Fusselman grew up in Akron, Ohio, raised by a single mother who taught him to honor commitments and outwork obstacles. Early mentors came through Scouts and athletics, and he balanced academic achievement with theater, performing in plays and musicals. After graduating from Barberton High School in 2000, he worked full-time at Sherwin-Williams while attending college, where he developed discipline, responsibility, and persistence that laid the foundation for his career.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Milligan University in 2004 and later graduated first in his MBA class at Johnson University. Aaron’s career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he rose rapidly to become one of the youngest branch managers among thousands worldwide. Sprint then recruited him to lead regional sales, where he built teams focused on accountability and results. Those early roles created a career-long playbook: own the number, serve the customer, coach the team, and measure outcomes.
Aaron made the shift into SaaS in 2011, joining ConstructConnect, where he discovered his professional calling. Over eight and a half years, he built and led the top-performing sales team in the U.S., never once missing a quarterly goal. He earned multiple President’s Club honors and reached annual quota attainment levels as high as 260%. In addition to his sales leadership, he expanded revenue opportunities through new markets and verticals while also guiding customer success initiatives.
By 2019, Aaron turned to the government technology sector, launching Kofile’s Florida business before joining GovOS as its founding enterprise account executive. There, he consistently topped the charts in net-new sales, expanded the company’s reach nationwide, and scaled revenue from zero to ten million in three years. His leadership proved crucial in securing a private equity exit, cementing his ability to navigate the complexities of the GovTech space with steady and disciplined growth strategies.
Aaron joined Lukka in 2022 to lead its public sector vertical, where he rapidly grew net-new recurring revenue and scaled the practice significantly within two years. He recruited and managed an international team, winning both federal and global contracts, and once again demonstrated his core strength of aligning disciplined enterprise sales frameworks with government procurement. His success showed how startup and scale-up lessons can be applied to highly regulated public-sector sales.
At SimpliGov, Aaron served as Regional Sales Director, helping to expand the company from a regional presence to a national reach. He guided go-to-market strategies across most of the United States, recruited and trained account executives, and delivered three consecutive years of 50% growth. In January 2025, SimpliGov completed a successful growth-equity transaction. Today, as National Sales Director at Polimorphic, Aaron has led sales growth beyond the founders, tripling revenue, scaling the team, and securing a central Series A investment.
Aaron is recognized for his structured yet approachable leadership style. He defines clear territories and ideal customer profiles, builds straightforward playbooks, and sets weekly operating rhythms. His style combines discovery discipline with forecasting integrity, supported by a handful of memorable KPIs. He hires for grit and coachability over résumés, promotes from within whenever possible, and fosters team cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and shared successes.
Outside of work, Aaron Fusselman emphasizes service, family, and community. He and his wife mentor young couples, lead seminars, and donate time and resources to churches and nonprofits. A passionate sports fan and backyard pitmaster, he is also known for festive holiday decorations. As he approaches two decades of marriage, Aaron invests in raising his three children, supporting their honor-roll achievements and activities. His goal remains the same: build strong teams, strengthen communities, and leave each place better than he found it.
