Aaron Fusselman grew up in Akron, Ohio, where he was raised by a single mother who instilled strong values of discipline, accountability, and perseverance. After graduating from Barberton High School, Aaron worked full-time at Sherwin-Williams to support his college education. This experience reinforced his commitment to self-reliance and long-term goals. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Milligan University and later completed an MBA at Johnson University, graduating first in his class. His academic journey reflected not only discipline but also a drive to excel in every environment.

Aaron began his career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he quickly advanced into management and became one of the youngest branch managers in the organization. This role gave him early exposure to leadership responsibilities and operational execution. He later joined Sprint through a competitive program, where he led regional sales efforts and refined a leadership philosophy built on accountability, customer focus, and measurable performance.

Aaron's transition into SaaS in 2011 marked a defining chapter in his career. At ConstructConnect, he consistently exceeded expectations, earning multiple President’s Club honors and building one of the top-performing sales teams in the United States. He achieved remarkable quota attainment and maintained a record of never missing a quarterly target, while also expanding into new markets and contributing to customer success initiatives.

In 2019, Aaron entered the GovTech sector and quickly demonstrated his ability to build and scale operations. He launched new business regions, generated significant revenue growth, and contributed to major company milestones. His work involved navigating complex procurement systems, managing national teams, and securing contracts across multiple jurisdictions, demonstrating his ability to execute in highly structured, competitive environments.

As his career progressed, Aaron took on increasingly strategic roles within enterprise sales. He led initiatives that expanded market reach, strengthened operational frameworks, and improved sales performance across organizations. His ability to align structured processes with evolving customer needs enabled him to drive consistent results while building teams capable of sustaining long-term growth.

Today, Aaron serves as the North American Sales Director at CARTO, a leading Agentic GIS and location intelligence platform. In this role, he leads sales strategy and execution, helping organizations use spatial data and artificial intelligence to improve operations, optimize marketing efforts, and make informed business decisions. His focus is on driving scalable growth while ensuring teams deliver consistent and measurable value to clients.
